Green Fruit Smoothie

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Ingredients:

  •  2 cups plain yogurt (not Greek)
  • 4 cups of fresh or frozen fruits

(Berries, mango, peach, or whatever is in season)

  • 1 banana, very ripe
  • 2 cups fresh kale or spinach   
  • 1 cup water or fruit juice (as needed)

Directions:

Place yogurt, banana, fruits and greens in the blender jar and blend until smooth. Add liquid as needed to blend the fruit and greens smooth.
